Just So Care was created after it’s founders weren’t able to find any genuinely simple-to-use products and services that meet the needs of people experiencing impaired physical and cognitive abilities, and their families.

We partnered with Konnekt PTY Ltd, an award-winning, Australian-based designer of devices and services in this space, working closely with them to bring their products to the UK and Europe.

Setting up is incredibly quick and simple!

All of the configuration happens before we ship the unit.

Once it arrives, all you need to do is find a place to put it, and plug it into a power supply.

The Konnekt Screen uses Skype software behind the scenes, which provides end-to-end encryption on Skype-to-Skype calls.

Additionally, all our devices are pre-programmed to only allow the people you tell us about to call in or be called from the Konnekt Screen.

The Konnekt Screen has a built-in Camera, Speakers, Wifi (for internet) and a touch screen.

So for almost all users there’s no need for a keyboard, mouse, external speakers or any other accessories.

For certain circumstances, however, we can supply an extra loud speaker for those who are especially hard of hearing.

Additionally, we can supply an adaptor that allows the unit to connect using 4G mobile phone signals for those without access to the Internet.

No phone line is needed.

The Konnekt Screen uses Skype in the background for all calls, even for calls to and from regular phone numbers, thanks to Skype’s interface to the telephone network, so only needs an Internet connection.

If you don’t have access to an internet connection let us know, we can supply an adaptor that provides a connection via 4G mobile phone signals instead.
